Repair Policy

Customers requesting a repair must provide proof of purchase and send it via email to:

Once your request is received, you will be guided on where to take the item for further inspection.

Furthermore, please allow up to 7 working days for us to assess and inspect the item. Once the evaluation is complete, we will inform you of the outcome and any next steps
